1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of caprirental.com website and services.
You'll be asked to sign contractual terms for yacht rental, once onboard and before rental start.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and booking for services, you implicitly confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Do not continue to use caprirental.com website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

3. Yacht Rental Services Description
caprirental.com, solely on behalf of its owner, provides marketing and booking services for yacht chartering, including, but not limited to, crewed and bare boat charters.

Detailed descriptions of each service type, yacht specifications, and additional amenities are available on the website or upon request.

4. Booking and Payment
By booking any product and service offered through caprirental.com you fully accept and acknowledge following policies.
1.4-Reservation Process: Bookings are subject to confirmation of yacht availability and payment of deposit.
2.4-Deposit: Payment of deposit is required to secure booking. In defect, booking is not binding and, is, implicitly, not confirmed. The exact amount and payment schedule will be mutually agreed upfront by and in between yacht rental company and you.
3.4-Final Payment: The balance of the rental fee is due before the service commences, and can be paid on board.
4.4-Reservation Process: Bookings are subject to yacht availability and confirmation of payment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1.5- Cancellation by Client: Cancellation request confirmed with notice period shorter than seven days since service date (late cancellation), is subject to cancellation fees not lower than 100% of deposit, unless differently agreed in between parties.
2.5-Refund: Refund never exceed the amount paid. No refunds are provided for no-shows, early check-outs or late cancellation. 100% deposit refund is granted for cancellation request confirmed with notice period exceeding one week since service date. 100% deposit refund is granted in case captain would decide to not perform the service due to marine weather conditions that might affect safety of passengers and boat. In the event parties agree a different date for service, deposit is not refunded as granting new booking date.
3.5- Cancellation by caprirental.com: We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative solutions, as available, will be offered. Under no circumstances shall caprirental.com, its owner, and any service provider acting on its behalf, be liable for any consequential damages, losses or costs arising from cancellation.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Safety Compliance: You must comply with all safety instructions and regulations provided by the crew and local maritime laws.
Damage Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the yacht or its equipment during the charter period due to negligence or non-compliance with agreed terms.

7. Insurance and Liability
Insurance: All our yachts are insured against damage, maritime risks, and third-party claims, as per law and rules in force in Italy.
Liability: caprirental.com liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur due to the negligence of the charterer or the guests.

8. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Italy for the resolution of any disputes.
